We want you to be absolutely satisfied with Diogen AI. If you're finding that the PRO version isn't the right fit for your needs, we're here to help.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new purchases of the Diogen AI PRO plugin. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.
- The request must be for the initial purchase (renewals may be subject to different considerations).
4. Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for costs incurred through third-party AI API providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, etc.). The Diogen AI plugin is a tool that connects to these services; any fees you pay to those providers are separate and governed by their own respective refund policies.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to refund@diogenwp.com with the following information:
- Your name
- The email address used for the purchase
- The order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt)
- Optional: A brief explanation of why you'd like a refund (this helps us improve)
6. Processing Refunds
Once we receive your request, we will process it through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Once a refund is processed, your PRO license will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to PRO-only features.
7. Repeated Refund Requests
To prevent abuse of our guarantee, we reserve the right to refuse refund requests from customers who have previously purchased and received a refund for the same product.
